Hardware purchased from Axxess Marine comes with a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty, plus 1 year of free AxxessCare warranty and service. Once the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you can renew your AxxessCare cover on a monthly subscription - and cancel at any time. (Axxess Marine’s AX antenna range includes a 5yr warranty as standard)

 TECHNICAL SUPPORT

AxxessCare NOC support is a technical support package that includes everything needed to monitor, provision and support the vessel's network remotely.

• 24/7/365 remote technical support:  20 hr proactive technical support included per month. 
• Remote health checks:  Regular proactive system assessments and reports.
• One annual health-check onboard attendance included (Max 6hr onboard. Travel and accommodation excluded) 
• Reduced Senior Engineer hourly rate
• Remote PC:  Axxess Marine service support computer for the duration of the service. (Available upon request)
• TVRO & IPTV support: Free Sat TV activation, account management and general troubleshooting
