M/Y Annastar Praise Appreciated

While on their recent US road trip our team was called late in the day to troubleshoot TVRO issues on board M/Y Annastar. The vessel’s crew was working against the clock as the owner was on board and was keen to watch the 4th of July celebrations. They couldn’t believe that our team was based locally, and were relieved to see the Orange Axxess Marine shirts dockside. The issues were quickly resolved by a combination of on board and remote support, much to the Captain and Engineer’s relief. As our guys left the marina Annastar’s owner called to personally thank them, resulting in another pair of happy people!
