M/Y Yalla - LTE Cellular Upgrade

Often hardware installations can be challenging, even on a 74M superyacht like Yalla who needed to upgrade their existing system. Rack space is always at a premium and once installed it’s often difficult to access for servicing when it’s up and running, particularly on LTE hardware where there can be a need to upgrade or change SIM cards. When the cables are attached to the router in the most ideal way the access to the sim slot sometimes becomes restricted, but with a little planning an forethought it’s possible to achieve a great installation that both looks good and is practical too. Now with a simple ‘N’ connector on the LMR cable it’s plug and play...easy access and looks great too!
