M/Y Ambition Chooses Axxess Marine for LTEA Cellular Upgrade

M/Y Ambition recently approached us for help with system diagnosis and recommending an upgrade on their LTE system, to boost speeds and ensure a consistent user experience. The hardware set up was good, and included a Pepwave Transit Duo router, but it was clear that the existing antennas were not meeting the requirements of the vessel’s usage, so we were able to recommend an upgrade. Two AX200 DUO antennas were installed and positioned to ensure a shorter cable run for optimized performance, and together with a re-installed Pepwave Transit Duo speeds were improved and a consistent and reliable service resumed.
