They say ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’…well, in our experience we definitely agree, and this recent example on our client's 38M Baglietto motor yacht demonstrates the point. The process of designing and delivering a high quality communications and connectivity solution to any maritime vessel is both complex and costly. However, no matter how smoothly an installation goes, there will always be one constant...change. So, to ensure that whatever is thrown at a system doesn’t prevent our team from providing first class client support, or recommending and installing upgrades, we always carefully map out the entire installation and securely store it on our client portal. It’s there to provide instant detail to the crew, and for us to know exactly how it looked when we installed it, and to highlight changes that need to be examined first. Sure, we could take a photo, ping it to another device and hope for the best, but we think going the extra mile is worth it.
