Posted: Aug 24, 2017
Axxess Marine, the leading marine communications solutions provider known for its innovative approach to data, VSAT and hardware provision for clients world wide, will launch an industry focused cycling event, Tuesday September 26, the day before Monaco Yacht Show.

Part challenge, part celebration, the Axxess Marine Invitational is not a race, rather, it is a private ride with professionally organised details, including support vehicles, tour crew, a bike mechanic and first aid professionals. Mr. Hincapie will lead participants on the ride beginning in Cap Ferrat. The group will traverse some of the area’s most beautiful vistas, and conclude in Monaco with a private lunch and celebratory refreshments. All ride proceeds will be donated to local charities.

“The event welcomes our clients, partners and colleagues to connect offline, spend some time together and enjoy a challenge for the morning.” Says Axxess Marine Founder Dennis Fokke, “This is the inaugural event, and we are very pleased to have George Hincapie with us. The response has been outstanding. Our team and partners have covered all that would be needed for the ride, from breakfast at registration to jerseys designed by Hincapie Sportswear. Participants can bring their own bike, or rent one for the morning from a local cycling shop we are partnering with.”
