Once the manufacturer’s warranty expires, you can renew your AxxessCare cover on a monthly subscription - and cancel at any time. What you can expect from your AxxessCare cover plan;
When your hardware device is covered by either the first year manufacturer’s warranty, or under our own AxxessCare plan, Axxess Marine fully supports you to ensure the problem is resolved, or the item is replaced free of charge. Whether this involves remote diagnosis and support, location and service trouble shooting, express shipping or an engineering visit to your vessel, we’ve got you covered.
A trained and trusted technical resource, available to call on 24-7, wherever you are in the world. Whether you need a second opinion, someone to help guide you or to teach you a few tips, or to handover to when you’ve tried everything, our virtual ETO service is here to help.
No need to pay activation fees, the Axxess Marine SatTV Team activates your services wherever you happen to be. Manage boxes and subscriptions through your account on the Axxess Marine client portal, or connect with your TVRO Support team and make service transitions seamlessly.
Our detailed automated client summary is sent weekly, and provides quantitative information on historical and current usage of our services, putting you in control. Perfect for vessels that work with management teams, have off-site administrators, or who need details on services without having to log in.
We’re always on standby to support Captains, ETOs and Crew to make sure communication systems and services are in best working order for the coming season. Our free onboard health checks provide clarity and comfort, not only ensuring that communication systems are in good working order, but all responsible parties understand how to use the systems and services most effectively.
A committed first line response with technical expertise on antenna and VSAT network systems. Working directly with you and the service provider, our NOC Concierge is able to diagnose hardware issues, identify and resolve network problems, providing a level of support that makes resolving network issues a simple and smooth process.
Current and historic vessel invoices, services usage detail, engineering and installation reports, hardware specifications, LTE and VSAT plans and coverage areas, AxxessCare status, shipping information and support history are all clearly displayed on your account on the Axxess Marine Client portal.
