M/Y Te Manu - LTE Cellular Upgrade ADE/BDE

As the winter season fast approaches
one of the early birds in St Maarten was 50m motor yacht, Te Manu,
custom built in 1998 by Codecasa, and last refitted in 2013. As
preparation for the winter charter season, Axxess Marine was
commissioned to upgrade the above and below deck LTE cellular equipment
to ensure crew and guests enjoyed the fastest possible LTE service
throughout the Caribbean. Axxess Marine’s engineering team, based in our
St Maarten office at IGY Marina, Simpson Bay, attended the vessel to
complete the installation ahead of the first charters of the season.
Below deck equipment was upgraded with a pair of Pepwave Max
Transit Duos and above deck four of our own AX200 duo 2 metre antennas
on the roof of the bridge, minimizing cable runs and creating a
fully optimized LTE system.
