Sound like something you and your crew can do!?
Axxess Marine Charity Ride 2019
Register now to ride in the 3rd Annual Ride, happening Saturday, September 21, 2019, in tandem with the Monaco Yacht Show, which begins later that same week, September 25 to 28, 2019:
All proceeds from the Axxess Marine Charity Ride 2019 go to benefit The Amber Foundation to help fund the work they do for homeless youth.
The Axxess Marine Charity Ride takes place each September and is focused on connecting participants through the sport of cycling, emphasizing a group ride/peloton approach rather than racing and competition.
This charity event brings together participants from the superyacht and marine industry: Captains, Owners, Crew, and Service Providers, who tackle a beautiful 53-kilometre route along the Cote D’Azur and return to STARS’N’BARS to celebrate.
Registration is €100, and that includes the ride, coaches and support crew, limited edition race jersey, breakfast, post-ride lunch and party, and a single day pass to the Monaco Yacht Show (value 300€).
Yacht Crew Challenges are strongly encouraged!
Official cheque presentation to The Amber Foundation will be at the 2019 Crew Awards Ceremony, 12th October, Le Palais de la Méditerranée, Nice. More about the 2019 Crew Awards by ACREW Yachting can be found here.
For straight donations to The Amber Foundation, please also consider visiting ACREW’s official donation page. These funds will enable a deserving young person to complete an STCW course – something that today they could possibly only dream of!
